Making a Kingdom Impact – Kingdom Impact Week 2

Scripture

Matthew 28:18–20
And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Main Idea

Jesus calls us to make disciples of all nations, and through Kingdom Impact we partner with Him by going, sending, and supporting life-changing projects like church planting, Bible translation, and humanitarian outreach. As we step out in faith and respond to God’s voice, we become missionaries of supply, trusting His authority, His heart for people, and His promise to be with us.

1. Jesus has All Authority

Jesus has all authority in heaven and on earth, and on that foundation, He calls us to leverage our lives to reach the lost — because that is His number one priority.

How does recognizing that Jesus has all authority change the way we view our resources, decisions, and willingness to give?

2. Jesus’ Heart is for All People

In order, for the gospel to go forward, we have to be committed to GOING by sending!

How does understanding that God loves everyone challenge or stretch how you personally live out the Great Commission?

3. Jesus’ Power Will Always Go with You

The best way to see Him take care of the things on your heart is by giving FIRST PLACE to what is on His Heart…and that’s the lost.

How does Jesus’ promise to always be with us give you confidence to step out in faith with your time, influence, or resources?
