Giving Platform Questions
How do I setup recurring giving or update my current recurring giving schedule?
1. Click here to get started.
2. Select the Campus You Attend
3. Select "Click to Give"
4. Make a Gift
5. Sign-In or Sign Up to Continue
6. Once Signed In, Select the Frequency of Your Gift
7. Select the Day You Want Your Gift to Charge On
Once you’ve decided on your frequency, you can select and end date, and choose what date(s) of the week/month the transaction should process.
If you want your recurring transaction to end at a set date, you can set that date in the “Until” field. Leave the field blank if you want the recurring transaction to be ongoing without an end date.
Note: If you set the “Start Date” to today’s date and the “Charge On” date is today, the recurring transaction will process within the next hour.
8. Select a Payment Method
You can use one of your saved payment methods or enter new payment details
9. Confirm Recurring Giving Gift
On the next page, you confirm the amount and frequency you have selected and click the “Submit” button to complete the setup of the recurring transaction. You can also leave an optional message.
Once the recurring transaction processes and every time it processes in the future, you will receive an email receipt to the address on file for your account.
Note: If you are wanting to move an active recurring giving schedule from your old platform to the new one, you will need to delete it from the old platform and create a new recurring giving schedule on the new platform.
How do I give via eCheck/ACH?
If you are looking to give via eCheck/ACH, you can do so by logging in to your church Giving Profile.
How do I view my historical giving statements?
Your giving history on the new platform will only show giving statements for transactions made on the new system. If you wish to see your total giving history, go to your church giving profile. Your transactions from the new platform are also recorded there as well.
Anonymous Giving
What is anonymous giving?
Anonymous giving allows you to give without your information and giving history recorded by the church. This means you will not receive a giving statement for your donation.
Why does it ask for my billing information if I am giving anonymously?
Your billing details are required for security purposes for online giving. Your contact information is not kept on file at the church.
Do I receive tax information for my anonymous donation?
No. When you give anonymously there is no record of your giving history being tracked, so you do not receive a giving statement for tax purposes. If you would like to receive a giving statement, please login to give.
How do I give anonymously?
If you would like to make an anonymous donation, you can do so here.
How do I update or stop my current recurring giving schedule?
You can update your current recurring giving schedule through your church Giving Profile. Once logged into your profile, go to “My Account,” then “My Recurring Transactions.” Once you see your recurring gift, you may select the pencil edit option on the top to change the amount of your gift. If you wish to stop your recurring gift, select the trash can option.
Can I give stock, bonds, mutual funds or other non-cash gifts to the church?

Text-to-Give
Why is Text-to-Give available?
We want to make giving as convenient as possible by offering multiple ways to give so that users can choose what method is most helpful to them. Using a mobile phone to give continues to be a popular and efficient way, therefore we have added this option to give users another convenience.
Is Text-to-Give secure?
Absolutely. Our Text-to-Give option is managed through Secure Give. No sensitive information is ever passed through text message. Instead, when you setup your account, your card information is held on a secure web page and the system reads the phone number attached to the account, not your card number!
How do I give via text?
To give via text, you will first need to create an account. Once you are signed in, select the giving menu by clicking your name at the top right hand corner. Choose "Payment Accounts," then "Add Payment Account." Once you have established your giving account, you can start giving via text message by texting "JRC" and the amount to 1-866-572-8588. Example: "JRC 100" to give $100
