James River Kids and James River Youth are programs specifically designed to relate to kids and students on a level that is most relevant and engaging to them. Kids and Youth programs are available during all services times at James River Church!

Early
Childhood
Children, age 6 weeks to preschool, are welcomed in an engaging and fun experience. Kids will learn how much God loves them, what a special creation they are, and how Jesus wants to be their best friend forever.
Elementary
Kids, grades Kindergarten through 5th grade, experience God in a way they will never forget through exciting series they won’t want to miss. It is our goal for every kid to realize that Jesus loves them and has an incredible plan for their lives.
Junior &
Senior High
Students in grades 6-12 have a place all to themselves at James River Youth. It’s a place devoted to teenagers encountering God, making friends, growing together and making a difference.
Weekday Preschool
At the James River Weekday Preschool your child will be cared for in the best way possible in a safe, loving and fun environment! Our team of teachers consider it a great honor to be serving the children in our community and are committed to preparing your child for Kindergarten.
